Fresh goat cheese on toast drizzled with honey

Ingredients

1	Sourdough bread, baguette shaped recommended
250 g	Goat's cheese (Main)
1 to drizzle	Honey

Directions

1. Remove the cheese from the fridge so it reaches room temperature.
2. Slice the baguette and toast.
3. While the toast is still warm, spread the cheese and drizzle with a little honey -warmed to make it pourable.
