Princess Anne's English bull terrier has been cleared of mauling one of the Queen's corgis.
It was thought the terrier, Dotty, was responsible for the attack on the Queen's dog, which resulted in its being put down. The Daily Mail said that the Queen had asked for a second opinion on which animal was responsible after an aide said Dotty was not present when the pet was mauled. Florence, another of Anne's English bull terriers, is now believed to be responsible for the attack.
