The Australian Football League's greatest-ever goalkicker, Tony Lockett, retired again yesterday after an ill-fated comeback. Lockett quit for the first time at the end of the 1999 season, having kicked 1357 goals for St Kilda and Sydney, but made a surprise comeback this year.
