We need a dedicated Volunteer Manager to oversee our dedicated volunteers who work in our charity shops and help with events.
This part-time (two days a week) role requires an enthusiastic, energetic team player who is experienced in managing volunteers, running events using volunteer assistance and ideally has a thorough understanding of fundraising and not-for-profit sector.
The Volunteer Manager must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to empower people to become actively involved in volunteering and a desire to embrace the role of ambassador for Presbyterian Support East Coast and its volunteers. Good knowledge of HR and health and safety is also beneficial.
Applicants require NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and a current driver's licence.
