The trial of three men facing cocaine charges has been aborted.
Kindness Onyedikachi Agwu, Bert Leonard Noel Jury and an Auckland gym owner pleaded not guilty to a total of 24 charges of importing, possessing and supplying the drug.
More than 2.4kg of it was seized by Customs in February 2010 and more than $470,000 was sent overseas in three months, the Crown told the jury.
The trial was aborted yesterday and a new date will be set next week.
