Siamese twins die in London

Natasha and Courtney Smith, the Siamese twins born in Britain nearly three

weeks ago, have died in hospital.

The babies had been joined at the chest and heart and were given only a small

chance of survival by doctors at London's Great Ormond St Hospital.
