Gang rape leader sentenced

A teenager described as the instigator of two of Sydney's notorious gang rapes has been sentenced to 32 years' jail.

Mohammed Skaf, 19, was described by a NSW District Court judge as a "vicious cowardly bully".

Skaf's brother Bilal, 20, was sentenced to 55 years' jail this year for his part in three gang rapes in August 2000.
