Controversial human clone embryo doesn't result in pregnancy

A fertility doctor who claimed last month that he had implanted a cloned embryo in a woman said yesterday that no pregnancy resulted from the attempt.

Panayiotis Zavos said he would continue to try to produce cloned human embryos despite criticism from the scientific community.
