Magical concerts at Wellington's Botanic Garden

Garden Magic Concerts take place at 8pm every evening in Wellington's Botanic Garden until January 30. Pack a picnic, sit back and enjoy toe-tapping rhythms against a background of beautiful illuminations.

On January 29 and 30 the Soundshell in the Botanic Garden is the setting for the Folklore Festival, where legends of knights and fair maidens are brought to life. There'll be a medieval tent village with stalls selling medieval fare and hand-made crafts.

Battles between knights, horse-drawn wagon rides, and roving minstrels and jesters will keep the crowd amused. It runs 10am to 6pm daily.
