One of Ireland's most promising rugby players died on Saturday during an under-19 international in South Africa.
John McCall, 18, collapsed 20 minutes into Ireland's match against New Zealand in Durban.
Reports said the flanker was caught in a scrum, but New Zealand team manager Greg Shipton said that was "certainly not the case".
