Judo: NZ team pick up eight medals

New Zealand collected three gold, two silver and three bronze medals at the Victorian International Open judo championships in Melbourne.

Lightweight Auckland pair Lee Calder and Lisa Archbold won the junior boys under 50kg and senior women's under 52kg respectively and Christchurch's Grant Jones captured the senior men's open. The team will contest the New South Wales Open this weekend.
