Thieves hit hall Glen Eden pool hall again

A Glen Eden pool hall has been robbed for the second time in two weeks.

Two men, one holding a sawn-off shotgun, told 14 people at the Lucky Break hall on West Coast Rd to lie on the floor at 10.45pm on Tuesday.

Police said the pair took the patrons' wallets and raided a safe before heading towards Forrest Hill Rd in a white Subaru Legacy.

The man with the gun was Maori or Polynesian, 173cm (5ft 9in) tall, wearing a black jersey, black gloves, dark blue jeans, white shoes and a black balaclava.

The other man was 165cm (5ft 5in) tall, stocky, wearing a white top, fingerless black gloves, black baggy pants, black boots and a balaclava.

Waitakere police believe the same men robbed the hall on November 14.
