More than a dozen Upper Hutt schools will this afternoon take part in a "rolling haka" stretching for several kilometres along Upper Hutt streets.
The haka will begin as the White Ribbon motorcycle tour cruises into town.
The ride and the haka are part of the campaign to end domestic violence in New Zealand.

Haka organiser Mat Davis says it is a great way to bring young people's attention to the message that family violence is not okay.
The rolling haka is set to start at 1.15pm.
