Three men have been arrested following a series of drug busts in Wellington this morning.
The men, aged in their mid to late 20s, appeared in Hutt Valley District Court today following a three-week police investigation into a string of chemical robberies.
Lower Hutt Detective Senior Sergeant Dave Thornton said two residential addresses and a motel were searched about 7.30am.
The addresses had been linked to robberies of chemicals from at least one school and GNS Science in Lower Hutt.
"We have found chemicals and equipment which we believe have been used for the purposes of manufacturing methamphetamine," Mr Thornton said.
