"We're pretty happy..Mark's happy, he's good ...'', he said.
"We'll be having dinner tonight ...'' he said before rubbing his stomach and saying "pork belly''.
"We'll be staying home all weekend. Please guys, we like you to respect our privacy.
"A few of the neighbours might be upset, but we can't help that.''
As he was explaining, a neighbour from across the street came out of her house and yelled ``I'm furious, f****n furious'', at the host.
"Read the decision'' he responded.
Later, the neighbour said she was ``absolutely sickened and shocked'' Lundy had been bailed to the address. Other neighbours shared her views, she said.
She said she had rung the local district council and police but had been told there was nothing they could do to reverse the decision to have Lundy bailed to the property.
She did not know the people who lived at the bail address, except to wave when she saw them, she said.
"It's happened so fast ... we were never told this was where he was going.''
She had found out when a friend texted her late this afternoon.
