Aucklanders of the Year named

Susanna Fiu-Fetalai has been named Aucklander of the Year for her work with domestic violence victims. The 57-year-old grandmother works at the Mother Divine Mercy Pacific Island Women's Refuge in West Auckland.

Youth worker Larry Tausaga, from Manurewa, was named the Young Aucklander of the Year.

The awards are supported by the Aucklander community newspaper.
