BREAKFAST:
Hard decisions first thing in the morning on what to eat for the most important meal of the day! Tu's Place is my go-to for its $15.50 Brekkie (that's just NZ$10.80) – you cannot go hungry with toast, two eggs to your liking, sausages or bacon with tea or coffee, right? There are plenty of other choices to cater to everyone's tastes, including several local options. Tu's rollups are also a great choice, with a variety of fillings served up in a freshly made roti. Delicious.
CHEAP EATS:

Right next door to Tu's on Queens Rd, Nadi, is EcoCafe, an authentic Italian pizzeria serving wood-fired pizzas just like mama used to make. Step off the street and allow EcoCafe's casual and friendly outdoor dining vibe to transport you to another time and place far away from the typical tourist options in the Nadi/Denarau area. Another great option is Nadi's newest deli, Scoff & Go Carvery, which offers hungry tummies a selection of fresh pies, sausage rolls, burgers, carvery meats and roast vegetables.
COFFEE:
There are a number of good spots in Nadi to indulge in a barista-made coffee, but my top pick is Taste Fiji Kitchen. As you walk into the cafe, which is open daily until 6pm, the delicious aroma of their freshly baked goodies will leave you salivating while you wait for your caffeine fix. Taste Fiji serves Bula Coffee, grown in nearby Sigatoka and roasted and packaged right here in Fiji. The ethically produced and eco-friendly coffee is certified organic and helps support local villagers.

DRINK STOP:
For the ultimate island sunset cocktail, you just can't beat the view from Club 57 & Bistro at Wailoaloa Beach. The rooftop bar, atop the Ramada Suites hotel is one of Nadi's newest additions and offers panoramic views of the beautiful Nadi Bay. Imagine enjoying an icy cold Fiji Gold beer while watching a spectacular sunset with your loved ones. Club 57 also offers a comprehensive selection of sharing plates and pizzas – perfect to go with a couple of sundowners.
