Kim Kardashian has hinted she's ready to break the internet again.

Nearly two years since going buck-naked on the cover of Paper Magazine, the mum-of-two has teased fans with another nude photo.

"Have I posted a nude selfie since I lost all my baby weight?" the 35-year-old said at the #BlogHer16 conference on Friday. "I don't think so. Get ready."

The reality TV star has lost more than 30kg since the birth of her son Saint West eight months ago, and is ready to show off the results.

"[I post nude selfies] because I feel good about myself," she said. "You can just get so caught up in not wanting to be motivated, so I made it a really important thing for my confidence and for me to feel good."

The social media star "broke the internet" in November 2014 by appearing nude and greased-up in Paper Magazine.

"I looked at it as an art project for me, this was going to make me feel confident and feel good and it taught me to do what you want to do," she said on Channel 10's The Project.

"Everyone should do what they're comfortable with. I'm never one to preach but I felt really positive and really good about myself. I loved the photos, I did it for me."

Kim's husband, rapper Kanye West, said he's proud of his wife's figure and nude selfies.

"I love her nude selfies. Like, I love the ones from the side, the back ones, and the front," he told Icons magazine's September issue.

"I just love seeing her naked; I love nudity. And I love beautiful shapes. I feel like it's almost a Renaissance thing, a painting, a modern version of a painting. I think it's important for Kim to have her figure. To not show it would be like Adele not singing."
