Slow cooked creamy red wine lamb

I am currently breastfeeding and received a beautiful bottle of Red Wine, I was looking for a way to enjoy my wine without drinking it. I love cooking so thought it would be nice make a delicious wine based meal. You will note I used Coconut Cream...I must say this was a bit of a risk as I know Coconut Cream is a lot more healthy than dairy so was a bit of an experiment but was really happy with the outcome and so was hubby! I served this on mash as hubby does not like rice. I used Creamy Mushroom Packet Soup could not find it in the drop down menu

Ingredients

500 g	Lamb leg steaks (Main)
1 cup	Red wine
1 can	Coconut cream
1 packet	Mushroom soup
½ cup	Soy sauce
1 sprig	Fresh rosemary
1 tsp	Garlic salt
1 tsp	Salt
1 tsp	Ground black pepper
1 ½ cups	Water
1 ½ cups	Carrots, chopped
2 cups	Potatoes, chopped
1 cup	Green beans

Mashed potato

Directions

1. Dice and brown Lamb in a little hot olive oil
2. Combine Rest of the ingredients
3. Add lamb and sauce into the the Slow Cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
4. Serve on bed of Mashed Potato and garnish with Rosemary
