Tickets for some of the supersonic Concorde's final flights for British Airways went on sale yesterday, with round-trip tickets priced at £8292 ($22,642).
The airline was offering tickets from New York to London on October 18, 19, 20 and 22, and from London to New York on October 18, 19,21 and 23. No tickets were available for the final day of service, on October 24.
Other Concorde seat sales have sold in a matter of hours.
