A television reporter has had a lit cigarette stubbed in her face outside a court in southeast Queensland.
Channel Nine journalist Alex Bernhardt was reportedly attacked by a woman who was at Caboolture Magistrates Court to support a 22-year-old woman charged with the murder of a young father.
"Just had a woman stub her lit cigarette into my face at Caboolture Court ... Charming," Ms Bernhardt tweeted.
A police spokesman said they were aware of the incident and a short time ago, 9News reported that the woman who allegedly attacked Ms Bernhardt had been charged

Ms Bernhardt is at the court to cover the alleged murder of a 26-year-old man who died after staggering into a service station bleeding from an apparent stab wound early on Sunday.
