A TikTok star who went to film at a park has been allegedly assaulted by hundreds of men in a sickening attack.
Ayesha Akram was at Minar-e-Pakistan, a national monument in Lahore, to film people celebrating Pakistan's Independence Day.
A large group of men approached her to take selfies. Whathappened next was chilling. Footage showed the men began attacking her - allegedly tearing her clothes and assaulting her.
"I couldn't understand anything. The people were torturing and fondling me. There is no part of my body that isn't covered with bruises," Akram said in an interview with a local channel.
She tried to escape the men but was lifted from the ground and pelted with objects.
Pakistani singer-songwriter Farhan Saeed wrote on Twitter he was "disgusted, furious, heartbroken and ashamed" by the attack.

"Ashamed of being a man today, ashamed that the men of this country keep doing these horrible acts every other day, ashamed that the law of my country does not hang these predators so that this doesn't happen again," he wrote.
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's daughter Maryam Nawaz wrote: "Heart-wrenching scenes at Minar-e-Pakistan warrant collective introspection."
Amnesty International said in a statement it was "alarmed by the assault of a woman in Lahore in broad daylight on 14 August. At a time when the country is reeling from the murder of Noor Mukadam and Qurat ul Ain, this episode compounds the horror even more."
Akram has registered a case against 300 to 400 unidentified persons with Lahore police under sections 354A, 382, 147 and 149 of the Pakistan Penal Code, according to a police report.
Police are now working to identify and locate the suspects through CCTV footage and videos of the incident.

"[Those] who violated the woman's honour and harassed [her team] will be brought within the ambit of the law," said Lahore's deputy inspector general of operations, Sajid Kiyani, in a statement.
Pakistan's Information Minister, Fawad Chaudhry, said some suspects had been identified and arrests made.
"We are working on it full throttle," he said. "The Prime Minister has taken notice also."
Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said the incident should "shame every Pakistani" and that it "speaks to a rot in our society".
