The tally of dangerous and exotic reptiles found in a South Sydney home has been put at more than 350, the RSPCA says.
Dozens of creatures, including baby crocodiles, were discovered in the Kingsgrove house after concerns were raised over the whereabouts of the home's occupant, who has since made contactwith authorities.
As well as crocodiles there were boa constrictors, death adders, taipans, red bellied black snakes, illegal corn snakes, pythons, exotic turtles, geckos, frogs and lizards.
Customs investigators are planning to interview the house occupant before deciding whether regulations governing exotic species have been breached, with possible fines up to $110,000 ($117,722).
