A crime scene has been established in a New South Wales south coast town after a masked man was allegedly seen firing shots outside a store.
NSW Police confirmed the incident sparked a siege situation where a man with a long rifle walking near Windang Rd and Acacia St inWindang had discharged shots into the air about 10.40am on Sunday.

The man was arrested and officers are speaking to people who witnessed the alleged incident.
No one is believed to have been injured and there is no threat to the community, police also said.
