The photo was first shared by Jarel Loveless who tweeted: 'Have to love the St. Louis housing market. Combo kitchen/bathroom, [US] $525/month.'

Harold Karabell of S.F. Shannon Real Estate Management said the new tenant loves it. The 111-year-old building originally housed 12 luxury apartments.
Karabell said that around the time of the Great Depression, it was remade into 50 small units, the studio the smallest among them.

The apartment also features a spacious walk-in closet.
