A 7-year-old boy has been found wandering the streets of Franklin, Ohio, trying to sell his teddy bear for food.
Police officer Steve Dunham found the boy last weekend in front of a pharmacy. He told the officer he hadn't eaten for several days.
While Dunham took the boy to a nearby Subway restaurant to eat, fellow officers visited the boy's home and found four older boys living amidst garbage and cat urine.
Warren County Children Services did an emergency removal and placed the boys in the custody of relatives.
The boys' parents pleaded not guilty to five counts each of child endangering and are due in court next month.
