Frampton suing Billabong over bikini

Veteran rocker Peter Frampton is suing Australian surf-wear maker Billabong to stop it marketing a bikini bearing a phrase similar to one of his songs.

Frampton claims the message "Baby I Love Your Waves" referred to his song Baby, I Love Your Way.

His lawsuit states the bathing suit bears a screened image of his face and is called the Frampton.
