Dismembered torso found in suitcase in London canal

A woman's dismembered torso was found in a suitcase in a London canal by youngsters, police said.

A group playing near the Regents Canal spotted the suitcase in the water, opened it and discovered the remains.

A post-mortem examination established the torso belonged to an Afro-Caribbean woman aged 18-30. A murder investigation is under way.
