Australian talkback radio king John Laws has been found guilty of soliciting information about the secret deliberations of a jury.
Laws, aged 65, had denied soliciting information from a former juror, who was a friend, in August 1998.
In a radio broadcast, the former juror claimed that she was browbeaten into acquitting two men accused of murdering a computer shop owner.
In the NSW Supreme Court, Justice James Wood remanded Laws on bail for sentencing next Tuesday.
