KEY POINTS:
Brendon Hartley dominated a shortened British Formula 3 race on the streets of Bucharest yesterday morning, the 18-year-old taking his fifth win of the season.
The runaway performance reignites Hartley's title challenge, the Kiwi teenager's Red Bull Dallara-Mercedes sprinting away from pole position and blitzing his rivals in the 15-lap Romanian street race.
The victory - already hailed as the most emphatic of the season - keeps Hartley's title hopes alive, but championship leader Oliver Turvey finished second, with Jaime Alguersuari, now Turvey's closest rival, completing another Carlin Dallara-Mercedes 1-2-3.
Although Hartley has now won more races, led more laps and set more pole positions in qualifying than any other driver; his challenge remains formidable. There are just three races remaining - today's second Bucharest round and the two final rounds at Donington in three weeks. Hartley remains fourth overall, 28 points behind Turvey, but there are still 63 points to be won. Turvey leads on 207 points, Alguersuari is second on 190.
