Golf: Singh's world ranking climbs

Fijian golfer Vijay Singh has moved from eighth to seventh place in the world rankings following his victory in the Tour Championship.

Michael Campbell, the only New Zealander in the top 20, has dropped from 16th to 18th.

There was no change to the top four, with American Tiger Woods at No 1, followed by compatriot Phil Mickelson in second, while South Africans Ernie Els and Retief Goosen lie third and fourth respectively.

American David Toms is fifth.
