The late Sir Don Bradman's son, John, and the Bradman Foundation yesterday appealed for people to stop profiting from the sale of the cricket legend's letters.
Christie's will auction five letters from Bradman to another former Australian captain, Greg Chappell, tonight in Melbourne. Two of the letters are expected to sell for a total of more than $NZ12,000, and the foundation says it fears the buyer may look to publish the contents for profit.
