Six of eight offenders who brazenly robbed an Auckland liquor store are still on the run.
The Mt Albert Super Liquor on New North Rd was targeted on July 31 just before 10pm.
Detective Senior Sergeant Marcia Murray said a store worker suffered facial injuries.
Police arrested two offenders within a couple of hours of the crime. But six escaped.
Murray urged them to dob themselves in.
"Come forward now. This isn't going to go away and we are going to continue investigating until we identify you all.
"To family and whanau of these offenders if you know they are involved please do the right thing and bring them into police because this is a violent crime. We need to talk to them now."
