Putaruru police find missing woman

A woman reported missing in Putaruru has been located.

Police made an appeal for any sighrings of 45-year-old Fiona Henderson late this afternoon.

She had not been seen or heard from since about 3am today.

Both police and Henderson's family were concerned for her safety.

But police confirmed just after 6pm that she had been found and thanked the public for their assistance.
