Police are looking for anyone who saw a fatal car crash in Karaka on June 29, or a crash in Papatoetoe on July 2.
The Karaka crash was on Linwood Rd about 5.30 on the morning of Thursday, June 29, Police said.
A white United taxi van heading towards Papakura was involved in the accident, and Police want to hear from anyone who saw it before or during the crash.
The female taxi driver died in the crash, and a 3-year-old child was hospitalised with serious injuries. Only one vehicle was involved.
The second crash was on Puhinui Rd in Papatoetoe on Sunday July 2 about 9.30pm, and involved a white Nissan Skyline.
