Police investigating after baby injured in Napier, Hawke's Bay

Save A baby is in a stable condition and will be discharged from Hawke's Bay Hospital, a DHB spokesperson confirmed.
The nature and cause of injuries has not yet been made public by police.
The baby was transported to the hospital in a serious condition about 6pm on Saturday, a police
spokeswoman said.
It is understood the baby was at a motel in Napier when police were alerted.
On Sunday, police said the baby was being discharged from hospital.
