Police have arrested one person after a raid of the Farmhouse Lodge in Fernhill, Hastings.
About five police cars were at the scene about 9am on Tuesday, including a dog squad unit.
The "pre-planned" search warrant was carried out to try to find a person wanted by police, a spokeswoman
said.
"They were not located and inquiries are ongoing, but one person at the property was arrested on an unrelated matter for breach of bail."
It's understood the lodge's owners are currently overseas.
