Office Administrator, 1 day per week
Grief Support Services provides counselling for people whose lives are affected by grief and loss. We are seeking a highly organised individual to coordinate the daily administrative operations for Grief Support Services, and to be the first point of contact for clients and referrers. This position is for one day per week on a Friday and may also include providing cover for our Administrator on other days during times of annual leave.
The successful applicant will be experienced in the preparation of funding applications, general administration procedures including use of spreadsheets, have intermediate IT skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role would suit someone who has understanding of grief and loss and would have empathy for clients within our service.
