Two weeks after a devastating fire broke out in Christchurch's Port Hills, 17 fire crews are still targeting hotspots.
Civil Defence says more than 99 per cent of fire zone is now controlled, and there is 10 metres between the edge of the fire zone and vegetation.
There are 17
fire crews on site today, plus an overhead team.
Crews continue to target hotspots, focusing on areas near unburned vegetation or structures. A helicopter is also operating out of Rolleston.
