The man who drove the getaway car after William Bell brutally murdered three RSA members in 2001 has been denied parole for the second time this year.
Bell bashed part-time accountant Susan Couch so badly she nearly died, before killing Mt Wellington-Panmure RSA club president William Absolum, 63, member Wayne Johnson, 56, and cleaner Mary Hobson.
Darnell Kere Tupe waited in the car outside while his associate committed triple murder.
