New Zealand actor Anna Paquin has finished midfield in the "sexiest vegetarian alive" competition.
Paquin, who received about 500 votes, was the only New Zealander nominated by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals in their worldwide internet poll.
The winners were Hollywood Homicide actor Josh Hartnett and model Lauren Bush, a niece of US President George W. Bush.
