It's a case of life on Old Kent Rd for the New Zealand Monopoly champion after he was beaten by the world's best Monopoly players in Tokyo at the weekend.
Andrew Dimock of Christchurch faced competitors from 40 countries in a battle to be crowned the world's best player.
He finished out of the top four.
First place went to a Spanish player, who won US$15,140 ($22,400).
