The men played a par round on Sunday March 25. Glen Harper was first with +8, Graham Jackson was second with +7 and Bill Jago was third with +6. Holes in two were scored by Alf Sio, Mark Burt, and Alan Bennett. Nearest the Pin was Mark Burt. On Tuesday March27 the Ladies played an LGU round. Anita Karaitiana equalled the course record for the ladies - what a wonderful round of golf! Anita joined us for a round and really showed us the way. She is on a l.9 handicap and, playing off a 2 at Featherston, equalled the course record held by A. Smith and did a 73 off the stick. Well done Anita. The ladies who played with you said it was a real treat to see how you hit the ball.
