A 27-year-old unemployed Auckland man appeared in North Shore District Court yesterday charged with the murder of Paul Chong at an industrial estate last week.
The man has been remanded in custody until June 10.
Mr Chong's body was found outside a commercial workshop in View Rd, Glenfield, about 1.35pm.
A post-mortem examination revealed he died from a stab wound.
A second man appeared in North Shore District Court on Friday charged in connection with the murder of Mr Chong.
The 21-year-old has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder, offering to supply a Class A drug and receiving a motor vehicle.
He was also remanded in custody without plea until June 10.
The two men have interim name suppression.
