It's the first time they have got together since last year's election.
Shaw said there would be sessions about what the party has been up to in the past 127 days and what dilemmas it faces.
He said they would look at a series of hypothetical situations, role-play them and ask members what they would do in those situations.
There would also be policy workshops on clean water and how to get to a carbon neutral economy by 2050.
Co-leader hopefuls Marama Davidson and Julie Anne Genter will this afternon make pitches about why they should get the job.
The two women vying for the Green Party co-leadership will be making their pitch to members this afternoon.
Shaw says the winner will be announced on April 9.
