Gladstone All Blacks ended Celtic's unbeaten record in Netball Wairarapa's premier one competition when they scored the narrowest possible win in the latest series of matches.
In a game which obviously could have gone either way Gladstone All Blacks bounced back from a couple of recent defeats to win 34-33 and
keep their top six playoff hopes alive.
That result left defending champions Harcourts 1 as the only undefeated premier one team after they beat Carterton Red 54-11 while Kuranui College maintained their solid run of form with a 46-36 victory over Salute Greytown.
St Matthews Collegiate also enhanced their chances of a top six spot with a surprisingly comfortable 43-19 success over arch rivals Wairarapa College and Sports Arena Carterton were too good for Harcourts 2, winning 50-25.
