Four people have been charged with the aggravated robbery of Nicholas Clarkson, who died after being beaten in downtown Auckland.
The four - two men aged 19 and 21, and two 18-year-old women - were scheduled to appear in the Auckland District Court throughout today.
Detective Senior Sergeant Jim Gallagher said
police were considering whether to lay further charges but were not seeking anyone else in connection with Mr Clarkson's death.
Mr Clarkson died in hospital after he was beaten in Gore St, downtown Auckland, in the early hours of Friday, January 26.
Detectives still want public help with their inquiry, particularly over missing property that belonged to Mr Clarkson and the movements and occupants of a white Mitsubishi Cyborg two-door hatchback car in the early hours of that Friday in January.
