Electricity complaints commissioner appointed

Wellington-based lawyer Judi Jones has been appointed the first electricity complaints commissioner. She has been involved in organisations such as the Advertising Complaints Board, the National Animal Welfare Advisory Committee, the Direct Marketing Standards Complaints Board and the Consumers' Institute. Ms Jones will take up the position on January 10.
