Manawatu police will not lay charges against the female driver involved in a fatal cycling crash near Bunnythorpe.
The cyclist, 75-year-old Rex Dalzell, died from head injuries in hospital on Friday afternoon caused by the the mid-morning collision.
The former Massey University education lecturer's funeral will be held on Wednesday.
Constable Darrell Cowan says the 58-year-old Feilding driver will not be charged in relation to the incident.
The cause of the collision is expected to be released tomorrow.
