An Auckland company which makes a drinkable dietary supplement called Body Enhancer is being prosecuted by the Commerce Commission under the Fair Trading Act, which forbids misleading representations.
Zenith Corporation is defending the charges, relating to its claims that the product helps to break down fat, control appetite, rebuild muscle tissue, detoxify the liver and strengthen joints, tendons and heart muscle.
